Time frame:
We have a full range of products available for immediate shipping, but please keep in mind that in rare and unlikely event that we do not have your particular combination of curl/thickness/length for lashes or any other product - it may take an 10-12 from your purchase to have it shipped. If you need to receive your goods urgently and opting for Next Day Special Delivery - please email us first before purchasing to check stock immediately available for dispatch. Please keep in mind that the payment you make on this website is not instant and depending on your card issuer it may take 1 - 7 days for money transfer to take place which will prolong processing and delay shipping. By placing an order on that website you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms listed.
Shipping Methods:
We use First Class Royal Mail for majority of UK orders. If you preffer other shipping method - please contact us.
We also offer "Guaranteed Next Day" special delivery Royal Mail to UK destinations. If you would like to use this service - make sure you contact us first, allowing us to check stock immediately available for dispatch. "Guaranteed Next Day" orders are posted same day if the product confirmed as "available", and you pay before 10:30 AM. In this case, Royal Mail guarantees to deliver next day before 1 PM
We use Airmail Small Parcel for orders outside UK. It usually takes 10-15 Working Days (not Calendar Days) to reach most international destinations after the dispatch.
Combined Shipping:
We combine shipping fee for multiple purchases, if items are paid for and shipped at the same time. We provide FREE shipping to UK and charge low fee of 6.50 GBP for first item outside UK. Each additional item posted outside UK is shipped for FREE.
