Payment Policy
Payment can be maid via Paypal. You may use your Paypal balance, Visa, MasterCard, or other cards that Paypal accepts. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. If your payment fails for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
Paypal uses the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standard.
Refund / Cancelation Policy:
We don't normally accept returns (and offer refunds) due to nature of products for hygienic reasons (unless it is agreed by both seller and purchaser). In order to cancel your purchase you should contact us before your items shipped out.
Payment:
Please make your payment immediate after purchase. If you are buying more than one item, upon completion of your order - please contact us and we will send you combined invoice with reduced shipping costs. This applies only to international sales, as all domestic UK customers are not charged for shipping.
Multiple Payment:
We offer FREE postage to United Kingdom and charge 3.99 GBP outside of United Kingdom. We combine postage on all multiple purchases if items are paid for and shipped at the same time. The highest shipping fee needs to be paid in full and each additional item shipping is FREE. Buy more than one item and save on shipping!
Insurance:
Please Email us if you require shipping insurance or you would like you item to be posted "Signed for" with tracking number. We usually recommend to send "Signed for" with tracking number items that cost over 25 GBP.
